We will try our best to accomodate for any special requests. Once order is booked, one of our team members will reach out for further information and business/client responsibility. 60-80 Minute Set-Up. Set-Up service and delivery is included in pricing.

Cancellation Policy

Most major hotels won’t allow check-ins until after 3PM, if you are wanting your room decorated the first day you’re in the city we can schedule set-ups after 4:30PM to account for any traffic or front desk delays. Our decorator will only stay 15 minutes after the start time and if there is any time delay after the time the order will be deemed as a “no show” and order will be non-refundable. We may be able to re-schedule later on for the day, but there will be a penalty fee of $100 added. Any cancellations can be refunded up to 50% with at least a 5 day notice. After 5 days order is non-refundable.
