I can't say it enough... if you want a company with great customer service and they pays attention to detail, this is the number to call. I've used Maggie a few times over the las free years, referred her to Mr friends for baby showers and birthdays... and we are always very happy and satisfied. This last birthday was definitely beyond anything I could imagine. I knew to contact her about a month out to save it the last minute rush fee. And also save me from feeling over whelmed like I usually make myself waiting. It gave us time to go back and forth with ideas and color choices. She was amazing at giving me new ideas and hearing me out if i wanted to change something or take something out. She sent over my quote and I paid my deposit and waited to the day of the event. It was a hotel room decoration for my fiancé And was meant to be a surprise for him. So I met one of Maggie's girls when I checked in. She stayed to decorate while I rushed home to get ready for dinner. During dinner I got the text that she had finished and left a carry bag for some of the rental things I had used in the design for an easy return after. After our night out, we went to the hotel. And even tho it was a surprise for him we BOTH were speechless!! It was BEAUTIFUL! I requested an "instagram worthy" decor design and the absolutely delivered!! Roses hanging from the floating balloons, light curtain on the window behind the heart balloons and age balloons, roses as balloon weights on ther balloons. Rose petal floating led candles, led tea light and rose petal entry... hung the banner and arranged the gifts I left .... It was STUNNING.
