Maggie Millan is the owner and creative director of OTW Party, a Las Vegas event planning, styling, and concierge company focused on creating meaningful human experiences.

A natural community connector, Maggie is often out discovering new venues, meeting talented local professionals, and finding unexpected ways to bring people together. Her creative approach is inspired by the freedom of childhood, a time when we danced without worrying who was watching, played wholeheartedly, and felt completely like ourselves.

With a love for bold ideas, immersive details, and a little Vegas magic, Maggie creates polished events that never feel stiff. Her goal is to make every guest feel comfortable enough to connect, join the fun, and fully experience the moment.

Iyali “Jolly” Millan is the behind-the-scenes force who helps keep OTW Party organized, thoughtful, and moving forward.

With a sharp eye for details and a naturally calm presence, Jolly helps turn Maggie’s big creative ideas into experiences that feel seamless from beginning to end. She brings the structure, problem-solving, and steady energy needed to keep all the moving pieces flowing smoothly.

True to her nickname, Jolly adds warmth, humor, and heart to the processmaking sure the work gets done while keeping the joy in every celebration.
