Can you decorate before we check in?
We’ll need access to the room to complete your setup. If early access isn’t available, we’ll coordinate with you on the best way to enter once check-in is complete.

If the set up is a surprise how will you access the room?
We’ll work with you to find the easiest option. Most clients either add us to the reservation or provide a key at the front desk. We can also help suggest simple ways to coordinate a smooth surprise.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance may be eligible for a refund. Orders within 72 hours of your scheduled setup are non-refundable.

Can we reschedule if our flight is delayed/cancelled?
If we’re unable to access the room at the scheduled time, we’ll do our best to adjust within reason. Clear communication ahead of time helps ensure everything runs smoothly.

Can you present gifts for me?
Of course! At no extra charge, we will lay out any gifts/bottles of alcohol or champagne/etc. Just let your decorator know where you have placed them within the room. Many clients choose a specific closet or bag. If you'd like special gifts or treats brought to the room please let us know and we can partner with one of our many vendors to bring your vision to life.

What’s the difference between planning and styling?
Event planning is a full-service experience where we manage logistics, vendors, and execution from start to finish. Styling focuses on the visual design and setup of your event.

What is your minimum investment?
Event planning services begin at a $10,000 minimum event spend.
Event styling services begin at a $2,500 minimum investment.

How far in advance should I book planning services?
We recommend booking as early as possible to allow time for venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and design development.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible payment schedules based on your timeline. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.

Do you work with specific vendors?
We collaborate with a curated network of trusted vendors and can also work with preferred partners when appropriate.
