Who we're looking for:
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, creative environments, and being part of bringing events to life.
Reliable & consistent: Shows up on time and follows through
Detail-oriented: Notices the small things that make a setup feel elevated
Physically capable: Able to lift, move, and set up event materials
Team-oriented: Works well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Adaptable: Comfortable adjusting to different setups and event needs
Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to event locations throughout Las Vegas
Comfortable driving a larger vehicle (such as a U-Haul) when needed
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
Responsibilities:
Assist with weekly warehouse organization, inventory, and cleanup
Prepare materials and décor for upcoming events
Support event setup and breakdown when needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Schedule:
1–2 days per week (consistent warehouse support)
Additional event days available based on schedule and availability

Flexible layouts that allow for styled setups and design elements
Supportive, collaborative on-site teams
Clear guidelines for vendors, setup, and event execution
Ideal Venue Features:
Private dining rooms, lounges, or semi-private spaces
Areas that allow for décor installations (backdrops, balloons, styling)
Access for setup and breakdown within a reasonable timeframe
Availability for celebrations such as birthdays, bachelorettes, and private events
