Most major hotels won’t allow check-ins until after 3PM, if you are wanting your room decorated the first day you’re in the city we can schedule set-ups after 3:30PM. Our decorator will only stay 20 minutes after the start time and if there is any time delay after the 20 minutes the order will be deemed as a “no show” and order will be non-refundable. We may be able to re-schedule later on for the day, but there will be a penalty fee of $100 added. Any cancellations can be refunded up to 50% with at least a 5 day notice. After 5 days order is non-refundable.
