The OTW Creative Hub provides a flexible workspace designed for event professionals, balloon artists, florists, content creators, and small business owners who need room to work without taking over their living room or garage. Whether you're assembling client orders, preparing for an installation, creating content, or organizing inventory, the Half Day Build Pass gives you dedicated access to the space for up to 4 hours. Included: ✔ Up to 4 Hours of Workspace Access ✔ Secure Keypad Entry ✔ Camera-Monitored Common Areas ✔ WiFi Access ✔ Refreshment Station ✔ Loading & Unloading Access ✔ Work Tables & Open Build Space Good Neighbor Policy: We built the OTW Creative Hub to be a shared creative workspace for event professionals, makers, and creators. Please help us keep it clean and ready for the next guest. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Guests are expected to remove all materials, dispose of trash, and return the space to its original condition. A minimum $100 cleaning or damage fee may be charged if additional cleaning, repairs, or replacement of items is required.
