Please help us keep the space clean, organized, and ready for the next guest. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Guests are expected to remove all materials, dispose of trash, and return the workspace to its original condition at the end of their reservation. A minimum $100 cleaning and/or damage fee may be assessed for excessive cleaning, damages, missing items, unauthorized guests, or violations of Hub policies. Access instructions will be provided prior to your reservation. Reservations are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
