Description: Host your next workshop, networking event, training, content day, or collaborative session at the OTW Creative Hub. Designed for creatives, event professionals, and small business owners, this flexible space provides everything you need to gather, learn, create, and connect. Guests are responsible for returning the space in its original condition. A minimum $100 cleaning and/or damage fee may apply for excessive cleaning, damages, missing items, or policy violations.

Cancellation Policy

Most major hotels won’t allow check-ins until after 3PM, if you are wanting your room decorated the first day you’re in the city we can schedule set-ups after 4:30PM to account for any traffic or front desk delays. Our decorator will only stay 15 minutes after the start time and if there is any time delay after the time the order will be deemed as a “no show” and order will be non-refundable. We may be able to re-schedule later on for the day, but there will be a penalty fee of $100 added. Any cancellations can be refunded up to 50% with at least a 5 day notice. After 5 days order is non-refundable.
